Mr. Levinson's experience in the geotechnical engineering field spans over 35 years and several continents.  His reputation for quality value engineering is know throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Mr. Levinson's innovation in geotechnical engineering and foundation design have won him the respect and appreciation of countless clients and colleagues. 

Mr. Levinson's area of specialization has been soil and foundation engineering.   Primary professional activity has been in building foundation for high and medium rise buildings, industrial building on soft soils, sewage treatment facilities, highway and airfield pavements, groundwater control, transmission lines, soil stabilization, stability of hillsides and embankments, and investigation and repair of landslides.
